School Meals

A healthy school lunch, which is cooked on the premises, is served every day.

We encourage children and parents to subscribe to school meals so that children can share a nutritious lunchtime experience with their peers. A weekly menu is displayed on the notice board in the school restaurant.

Meal Information

Any payments for lunches must be made in advance on a weekly or half termly basis via SCOPay. Special diets can be catered for. Children may bring a packed lunch from home, which should be brought in a suitable container and should not include chocolate bars, sweets or fizzy drinks. Water is always available to all pupils.

Free School Meals

Please check your child’s Free School Meal eligibility. This is very important as the school gets extra funding for every eligible FSM child registered, which is more we can spend on their education. To apply, please complete and return our FSM Application form:

Choosing a Meal

Please fill in your child’s lunch preferences and indicate any allergies using the form below.

Children change from packed lunch to school dinners or vice versa half termly. Please fill in the form to let the school office know if you’d like to change. At lunch time the children are supervised by Mealtime Supervisors or Teaching Assistants.

Allergies

To support those children who have an allergy and we want to make sure that all staff can support children and keep them safe.

No nuts or nut-based products should be put in packed lunches or given as snacks.

Milk

School milk is provided for free to all children under the age of 5 years.
