Year 6’s Dark Ages Workshop

The Year 6 children took part in an interactive workshop about  the Dark Ages, in particular the Anglo Saxons and the Vikings’ invasion in England. The children were immersed in the ways the Anglo Saxons and Vikings  fought and in the every day life’s traditions such as fighting, talking, cooking and jewelry making. They thoroughly enjoyed the workshop and gave them a glimpse of what the Dark Ages represented after the Romans left Britain.
