Reception Visit Kervan

On Tuesday, the children enjoyed a visit to our local restaurant, Kervan, to look at some of the jobs that people do in our local community.  We met the chef, the baker, the waiter, the waitress, the pot washer and the barmaid.  The children asked the staff some really interesting questions, for example, ‘Why do you work so much?’, ‘How do you make the bread?’, ‘Do you like your job?’.  A BIG thank you to everyone at Kervan who were very kind to our little ones and treated them with delicious fresh bread and dips.  They are always very kind to us and we appreciate them giving their time to answer questions, show us around and feed us!  The children really enjoyed it.
